Cadec to Hold 2009 User Conference in Boston, March 29-31
Customers gather to network, learn new strategies for improving fleet efficiency and safety
MANCHESTER, NH – Mar. 19, 2009 – Cadec Global, a leading provider of advanced fleet management solutions, announced today that it will hold its 2009 User Conference in Boston from March 29-31. The event will take place at the historic Omni Parker House Hotel. Registration is now online at http://www.mycadec.com.
Cadec’s Annual User Conference features dozens of sessions ranging from customer case studies to tips-and-tricks about Cadec products to previews on upcoming solutions. The company is also hosting a hands-on training lab where Cadec product experts will be available for one-on-one sessions with customers.
Cadec customers who are presenting include BRT, Inc. and Poland Spring. Keynote speakers for the event are:
- Brad Wyland, Senior Analyst, Aberdeen Group: Part of Aberdeen’s Supply Chain Management practice, Wyland will speak about best practices and key performance metrics to guide today’s fleet management professionals.
- Steve Hensley, President of Blue Sky Technologies: A supply chain management software expert, Hensley will speak about the importance of extending the supply chain into truck cabs, and will also lead a panel discussion on supply chain business intelligence.
Topics being covered in other sessions include:
- New in-cab technologies (including presentations from ALK Technologies and TelaPoint);
- Best practices on fuel/hazmat safety;
- Going paperless (e-logs, proof of delivery); and
- New safety and security options such as remote shut-down technologies.
