client/server architecture. Unlike some fleet management vendors that
require their customers to migrate from one architecture to another, Cadec
continues to develop and market its Mobius
Cadec's client/server software architecture for the Mobius application is
designed for maximum interoperability and customization. As a licensed,
server-based software solution, this architecture reduces network traffic
and improves secure user access through a client-side GUI to a shared Mobius
Office application.
The Mobius client/server application allows for more complex graphical user
interfaces and the use of client-side processing. With a client/server
solution, users benefit from direct manipulation of data, such as dragging
and dropping elements and client side-processing and storing data locally.
